The minds behindthe mission

Four leaders, one obligation to the evidence. Every pillar of the practice — strategy, people, technology, and delivery — is owned by a named executive who signs for it.

01Strategy · Growth · Client Trust

Anshul Sharma

Chief Executive Officer

Anshul sets the strategic direction of Anshuman Aerotech — from expanding the NABL-accredited laboratory scope to forging long-term partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and national defence programmes. Under his leadership the firm has grown from a specialist testing house into an independent engineering authority spanning twelve industries.

He personally reviews every major engagement before it begins and holds final signature authority on client-facing deliverables. His operating principle is simple: the firm sells verified evidence, not opinions — and every claim that leaves the building must survive an audit.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate strategy & programme portfolio
  • OEM & defence programme partnerships
  • Final authority on client deliverables
  • Laboratory scope & accreditation expansion

02Talent · Culture · Capability

Arpita Sharma

Director · Human Resources

Arpita builds the engineering culture behind the signature. She leads the recruitment of specialist test engineers and quality professionals — people qualified to verify airworthiness — and designs the continuous training programmes that keep every engineer current on evolving MIL-STD, JSS, and ISO frameworks.

Her mandate covers competence management under ISO 17025:2017: every signature on a test report is backed by a documented training record, proficiency evidence, and a defined authorisation matrix. At Anshuman Aerotech, people are part of the quality system.

Responsibilities

  • Specialist engineering recruitment
  • Competence & authorisation management
  • Certification training programmes
  • Culture, retention & succession planning

03Laboratory Systems · Digital Infrastructure

Kartik Sharma

Director · Technology

Kartik owns the technology backbone of the laboratories — test automation, chamber control systems, instrumentation calibration schedules, and the secure data pipelines that keep every measurement traceable from chamber to certificate.

He leads the digitalisation of the qualification workflow: automated data acquisition across 90+ instruments, tamper-evident result storage, and the reporting systems that let clients trace any figure in a test report back to its raw sensor record. If a number appears in a certificate, his systems can prove where it came from.

Responsibilities

  • Test automation & data acquisition
  • Instrument calibration & traceability systems
  • Secure result storage & reporting platforms
  • Laboratory digital infrastructure

04Supply Chain · Programme Delivery

Nitin Sharma

Director · Logistics

Nitin runs the movement behind the mission — inbound specimen handling, chain-of-custody documentation, calibrated equipment transit, and the delivery schedules that keep qualification campaigns on programme time across twelve industries.

His team coordinates everything from single prototype components to multi-batch production qualification lots: controlled receipt, condition inspection, environmental storage, and secure return shipment. Every test article is accounted for at every hour of its stay — because in certification work, custody is evidence.

Responsibilities

  • Specimen chain-of-custody & handling
  • Equipment transit & controlled storage
  • Programme scheduling & on-time delivery
  • Vendor & transport network management

Every engagement is signed by a person, not a brand — that is what accountability means here.
